The staff check in for us was excellent and very helpful. Help us to get our 3 rooms to be on the same floor. He also made an effort to check with us if everything was fine or any feedback to give during our check out. Wondeful experience.

Everything !!!! Never regret, made a great choice in choosing this hotel !!! It was a last minute booking and decided to give my May babies a birthday surprise with in-room decoration. Communicated with the hotel staff and engaged with Ms Tati (GEX) for all the arrangement as I made order of balloons from external vendors. Everything was smoothly plan and organised. They really made our stay an enjoyable one. We definitely will come back as we can never get enough of it!! My family has mark this hotel as our GO TO hotel whenever we are in KL.

Location of hotel is convenient for my coach drop of n pick up point. Berjaya time square is jus opposite w shopping, eateries, it is just 2mins walk to Imbi monorail Station. It is walking distance to bukit bintang shopping street/mall. Room were clean n spacious n access to the all- day lounge was a bouns. Not forgetting to mention the very polite & helpful staff Amerul, Syarhla & Tati, they always do their best to meet our request. Breakfast was nice with plenty of selections. We were not able to use the swimming pool bcos we were either out on the street or relaxing at the lounge. Will surely come back. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Great location, just directly opposite Berjaya Times Square and strategically at the foot of IMBI monorail station. Easy to navigate around just using the monorail as this is a hot spot with quite a bit of traffic jam during hot hours.

the type of amenities provided with the access to the lounge and flexibility to choose pillows to be more comfortable. The room was the best part, I took The Level. Hotel was accessible to a lot of malls and places, if youre comfortable walking.
